Tom Mountford

Tom works closely with portfolio companies in our Growth Business and Evergreen strategies, helping them to define their growth strategies, execute their value creation priorities and deliver transformational change. He also brings his strategic, commercial and operational experience to supporting the diligence process for new investments.

Prior to Bridges, Tom worked at HSBC. He started his career at PwC in strategy, operations and regulatory risk consulting and has also spent time in independent practice as a barrister at the Bar of England and Wales.

Tom has a 1st class LLB English and French Law from the University of Kent and Université Pierre Mendes France, and speaks fluent French.
