Better outcomes, better value

Outcomes partnerships are a transformative new model for the design and delivery of complex human and environmental services. Operating through our not-for-profit subsidiary Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, our team has provided the project finance and project management to support more than 70 of these innovative projects globally, supporting nearly 48,000 people.

It is increasingly clear that we cannot solve complex social and environmental challenges with piecemeal, one-size-fits-all solutions. We need a more holistic, more tailored approach.

Over the last decade, Bridges has worked with pioneers in the public and social sectors to develop a new outcomes-focused model that helps to achieve this. These ‘outcomes partnerships’ bring together government, donors, delivery partners and impact-driven investors with a shared interest in specific social and environmental goals. Front-line teams then have the freedom to constantly adapt their solutions to specific circumstances and individual strengths in order to achieve these goals – with a clear focus on and accountability for improving people’s lives.

We believe this model can play a critical role in the transition to a more inclusive and sustainable world.

All our outcomes-based projects are operated through Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, our not-for-profit subsidiary. Visit its website for more details on its pioneering work, both in the UK and beyond.
