Thomas Storgaard

Thomas joined in July 2023 to lead European transactions. He is an experienced specialist in the alternatives sector with deep market knowledge and a proven track record in transactions, particularly in the European Living sectors.

Thomas began his career in commercial real estate in 2003 when he relocated to the UK and has since worked at several leading real estate fund management firms. For the past five years, Thomas has been a Director in the European Transactions group at Harrison Street Real Estate, a leading investment management firm exclusively focused on alternative real assets with $55 billion under management. Harrison Street’s diversified real estate platform includes investments of over €4.5 billion in more than 18,500 student housing beds, over 5,000 build-to-rent units, and 2.6 million square feet of life sciences throughout Europe.

During his career, Thomas has been responsible for deploying €3.4 billion into over 40 transactions, achieving returns from realised assets typically ranging from 15% to 25% IRR.
