Joshua Langridge
Analyst
Joshua is a member of our Property team. He is involved in the underwriting, execution and investment life cycle of new investments, as well as the analysis of the existing portfolio.
Prior to Bridges, Joshua worked at ALMCOR, focusing on opportunistic industrial and logistics investments across both the UK and Europe. He previously worked on the origination and execution of investments within the acquisitions team at Sage Housing, a for-profit provider of affordable homes owned by Blackstone. Joshua started his career working in a consultancy specialising in capital markets, valuation and asset management across multiple real estate sectors.
Joshua is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Newcastle University and an MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School, University of Reading.
