Lynn is a Principal on the Climate Transition Partners team at Bridges, based in New York. In this role, Lynn focuses on investment sourcing, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management.

With over 10 years of experience investing across venture capital, private credit, and public equities, Lynn has a deep investment background covering resource efficiency, energy transition, climate adaptation, and metals and mining. She brings a rigorous, fundamentals-driven investment approach to the team and a strategic financial lens to the portfolio. Prior to joining Bridges, Lynn held investment roles at HSBC Asset Management, Closed Loop Partners, and Morgan Stanley.

Lynn earned an MBA from the Wharton School, an MA in international studies from the Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in economics from New York University.
