Katie Hastings

Katie is a member of the Property Team where she focuses on underwriting new investment opportunities and providing analysis across the existing portfolio.

Prior to joining Bridges, she worked at Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, focusing on UK transactions for their Core and Core+ strategies. Katie began her career at Grosvenor, gaining asset management experience on the London Estate and contributing to the expansion of the Investment team through the development of a regional offices portfolio.

She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Katie holds an MA in Geography from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School, University of Reading.
