Working alongside expert joint venture partners, we are currently on course to deliver over 3,000 units across the UK, with a combined value in excess of £1bn.
Case Study: Queen's Quarter
In the centre of Croydon, Bridges and our partner HUB delivered 513 lower-cost residential units across four blocks. Over half of these units were classed as affordable housing, while we also designed and delivered a new public park next to the buildings, following an extensive consultation exercise with the local community.
