Sustainable urban and last-mile logistics development

Bridges is a market leader in developing low-carbon logistics sites. By putting sustainability at the heart of building design and operations, we can reduce its energy usage and carbon emissions – helping occupiers to reduce their running costs and achieve their own ESG goals.

We are currently developing over 1m sq. ft. of high-quality logistics space, including some of the most sustainable industrial buildings in the UK.

Case study: Verda Park

Verda Park in Oxfordshire is a purpose-built logistics development that will be one of the most sustainable industrial facilities in the country. Bridges and our partner Equation acquired the 7.6-acre site – which had previously been vacant for 40 years – and delivered 154,268 sq. ft of industrial warehousing across 12 units. The development will be net zero carbon in both construction and operation, and is already benefiting from the strong local demand for sustainable logistics space.
