Bridges Annual Report 2023/24

12th December 2024

We’re delighted to present our Annual Report for 2023/24 – a period in which we continued to expand our specialist sustainable and impact investment platform

As the recent COP29 in Azerbaijan made clear, there is still much to do in tackling the pressing environmental and social challenges we face. But the good news is that the growth of sustainable and impact investing continues to outpace the broader investment market – and new solutions are emerging all the time to unlock bigger pools of private capital that can help accelerate this impact.

In our 2023/24 Annual Report, we cover:

  • Key highlights from across the Bridges platform, including a number of strong private equity exits
  • New investments and case studies from our real estate portfolio, across all three of our key sectors: living, healthcare and low-carbon logistics
  • An overview of the pioneering projects managed by our specialist Outcomes Partnerships team, with case studies from the UK, Kenya and Sierra Leone
  • An update on the work of the Bridges Impact Foundation

None of this would be possible without the dedication and commitment of our management teams, partners, and investors. We are hugely grateful for their support, and we hope this report reflects that.

Please do take a look and let us know what you think.
