Bridges Property Alternatives Fund VI has been recognised as a Sector Leader in GRESB’s 2026 Real Estate Development Assessment

Since Bridges launched its property strategy in 2008, we have consistently been striving to deliver market-leading sustainability performance across our real estate assets – driven by the belief that this will create long-term value for our investors.

So it’s a source of great pride for us that our latest real estate fund, Bridges Property Alternatives Fund VI, has been recognised as a Sector Leader by GRESB in no fewer than four categories of their 2026 Real Estate Development Assessment:

  • Global Sector Leader
  • Global Sector Leader – Non-listed
  • Regional Sector Leader (Europe)
  • Regional Sector Leader – Non-listed (Europe)

We’re particularly proud to have achieved a 5/5 GRESB rating and to have ranked 1st in our Predefined Peer Group Ranking and Customized Peer Group Ranking. We also ranked 1st on GRESB score within the Diversified/ Europe category and the Diversified/ Non-listed/ Opportunistic category, and 1st on Development Score within Diversified/ Europe, Diversified/ Non-listed/ Opportunistic and Europe/ Non-listed/ Opportunistic/ Closed end categories.

GRESB is the leading ESG benchmark for real assets, covering more than 2,200 real estate funds and around USD 9 trillion in assets globally. So leading at both global and European level is a real testament to the work of our specialist investment and sustainability professionals.

Congratulations to everyone involved in making this happen.
