										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Michele is the CEO of Bridges, having co-founded the businesses in 2002 alongside Sir Ronald Cohen and Philip Newborough. She oversees all Bridges’ investment activity across our platform of funds, as well as strategy, operations, people and all other aspects of the business.</p>
<p>Michele has played a leading role in the growth of the sustainable and impact investing sector, both in the UK and globally. She was an adviser to the UK Treasury’s Social Investment Task Force in 2000, chaired the Community Development Finance Association from 2003-2005, chaired the UK National Advisory Board on Impact Investing (part of the Global Social Impact Investment Steering Group) from 2016-18, chaired a Global Working Group on Policy for the G7 Impact Investment Taskforce, sat on the BVCA Council, and played a key role in the UK Government&#8217;s <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/social-impact-investment-advisory-group">Social Impact Investment Advisory Group</a> from 2024-25.</p>
<p>She also served as a Non-Executive Director on the board of CDC (now British International Investment), the UK Development Finance Institution, from 2014-2022, and was a Trustee for the Bridges Impact Foundation from 2018-2024. She currently sits on the Board of GSG Impact.</p>
<p>Michele has over 30 years’ experience in sustainable and impact investing and international development finance, having previously worked with International Finance Corporation, the private sector financing arm of the World Bank Group, and with Shorebank Corporation, one of the leading community development banks in the USA, where she ran small business lending programmes in Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, and advised on microfinance in Bangladesh, the Middle East and Mongolia.</p>
<p>Michele has a BA Honours in Politics, Philosophy &amp; Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from Georgetown University, Washington, DC. She was awarded an OBE for services to international development and social finance in the 2018 Queen’s Birthday Honours list.</p>

<p>An experienced business leader and operator, Henry has over 25 years of experience in disruptive services and technology companies. His previous roles include leading the US West Coast operation and global tech practice at Axiom, a tech-enabled legal services company, during a three-year period when the business tripled in size. He also headed up EMEA and International Growth at Aconex, an Australian construction tech business, where he led the acquisition and integration of its biggest European competitor, ahead of Aconex’s $1.1bn sale to Oracle.</p>
<p>Henry was most recently the CEO of Togetherall, an online mental health support community, where he led a rebuild of the leadership team and technology platform, and a full rebrand, before overseeing a launch in the US and a successful growth capital raise.</p>
<p>He is also a Non Executive Director at Sensat, an infrastructure data visualisation platform.</p>

<p>Before her current role in Client &amp; Strategy Development, Maggie spent her first five years as a member of the investment team of the Bridges Sustainable Growth Funds and worked on a number of investments in the Sustainable Living theme, including the successful exit of Whelan Refining.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Bridges, Maggie worked at London-based Climate Change Capital, a specialist merchant bank in the environmental markets. She started her career as a strategy management consultant with McKinsey &amp; Co in New York City. Maggie studied environmental science and public policy at Harvard University and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.</p>
<p>Maggie has served as a member of the British Venture Capital &amp; Private Equity Association Advisory Group on Impact Investment, the Pensions for Purpose Advisory Group, the Financing a Just Transition Alliance, the Working Group on Place-based Impact Investing, and the Working Group on Re-visioning Social Investment as part of the UK National Advisory Board on Impact Investing.  She is a frequent speaker on the topics of sustainable and impact investment and the private markets industry.</p>

<p>Tony has over 20 years&#8217; experience in Private Equity, spanning a variety of investment and leadership roles. Most recently he was Chief Investment Officer of British International Investment, the UK development finance institution, having originally joined as head of the Direct Equity team in 2019. At BII, he had responsibility for managing a $10bn impact investment portfolio focused primarily on Africa and South Asia.</p>
<p>Prior to BII, he held senior positions at Onex Corporation, where he set up the firm&#8217;s European Private Equity operations, and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in Toronto, where he was a Managing Director in CPPIB’s Principal Investing Group. Earlier in his career, he worked for Permira.  He currently also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Pantheon International plc.</p>
<p>Tony has an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Harvard Business School.</p>

<p>Prior to joining Bridges, Mila’s career spanned private, public and third sector, including work as a management consultant and work for the Scottish Enterprise. Mila also helped create and run Education Generation, a crowdsourcing social enterprise focused on enabling young leaders in developing world countries to participate in some of the world’s most forward-thinking education programs.</p>
<p>Mila holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University in Canada and an MBA from INSEAD.</p>

<p>Prior to joining Bridges in 2015 Emma spent ten years working with entrepreneurial growth businesses: as a member of the investment team at Phoenix Equity Partners, with a start-up in Hong Kong, and at Deloitte as a strategy consultant.  She joined Bridges due to its differentiated outcomes-led investment strategy, and is passionate about the opportunity to deliver sustainable growth and investment returns aligned with measurable and positive impact.</p>

<p>Prior to Bridges, Henry worked at LondonMetric Property plc from 2008-2019 where he worked in the investment team, where he took a lead role in transacting over 100 properties across the residential, retail, office and industrial/logistics sectors with an aggregate value in excess of £3bn. Between 2003-2008, he was Associate Partner in the London investment team of Drivers Jonas.</p>
<p>He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Northumbria University and an MA in Property Valuation and Law from City University.</p>

<p>Prior to this, he had worked in the investment management industry for over 20 years, most recently as a partner at Langholm Capital, having joined the firm as CFO at its inception in 2002.</p>
<p>Paul previously worked at Mercury Asset Management, joining Mercury prior to its acquisition by Merrill Lynch; in total he spent almost 6 years at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in a variety of finance roles, both in the UK and Asia. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers &amp; Lybrand (now PwC), working primarily on the audit of investment management firms.</p>
<p>Paul has a degree in economics from Cambridge University.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Charlie is a Partner in the Private Equity team and co-leads Bridges’ <a href="https://www.bridgesfundmanagement.com/investments/private-equity/inclusive-growth/">Inclusive Growth</a> strategy.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Bridges, Charlie spent 15 years as a private equity investor in the UK mid-market, leading multiple management buy-outs, bolt-on acquisitions and exits. After qualifying as a chartered accountant with KPMG, he began his investing career with the Private Capital team at Caledonia Investments PLC, a family-backed listed investment trust, where he led minority and majority investments in growing entrepreneurial UK businesses. He then moved to Alteri Partners LLP, a joint venture with Apollo Global Management Inc, where he was a partner, head of the UK, and a member of the investment committee.</p>
<p>He joined Bridges for the opportunity to work with its differentiated impact-led investment strategy, and strongly believes in the potential to deliver both attractive financial returns and positive social outcomes via a private equity investment model.</p>
<p>Charlie is a long-standing trustee of two charities, the Stone Family Foundation and Impetus, both of which have a focus on helping disadvantaged young people in the UK.</p>
<p>He studied Modern History at Oxford University.</p>

In 2021, Christophe and his team joined HSBC Asset Management where he developed a Climate focused venture and growth strategy.</p>
