Mila is a Partner and Head of Outcomes Partnerships at Bridges. Mila founded and leads Bridges Outcomes Partnerships where she oversees the portfolio and leads the development of new outcomes models. Mila manages capital from pioneering social investors to support programmes dedicated to empowering people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from education and wellbeing to housing, child protection, employment and environmental protection. Mila is on boards of Education Outcomes Partnerships in Ghana and Sierra Leone, Positive Families Partnership, Ways to Wellness, Stronger Families, Forward and North East Lincolnshire Social Prescribing, and was also a Trustee for the Bridges Impact Foundation.

Prior to joining Bridges, Mila’s career spanned private, public and third sector, including work as a management consultant and work for the Scottish Enterprise. Mila also helped create and run Education Generation, a crowdsourcing social enterprise focused on enabling young leaders in developing world countries to participate in some of the world’s most forward-thinking education programs.

Mila holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University in Canada and an MBA from INSEAD.

Andrew Levitt

Andrew works in the Social Outcomes Contracts team. He is a Director of Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership, GM Homes Partnership, Homelessness Support, the Single Homeless Prevention Service, and is a Trustee of West London Zone.

Prior to Bridges, Andrew was Managing Director of a social enterprise “Baobab” in Madagascar, and a non-exec board member of two other financial inclusion social enterprises, in Senegal and China.

Lucia Santirso Richards

Lucia has been working with Bridges for the last 6 years, during which time she has designed and implemented more than 10 Outcomes Partnerships.

Before joining the BOP team, Lucia worked in Investor Relations at Bridges Fund Management. Lucia was also part of the Global Steering Group (GSG) Policy working group and is a co-author of the resulting report: “Catalysing an Impact Investment Ecosystem: A Policymaker’s Toolkit”. Prior to joining Bridges, Lucia worked in Equity Research at J.P. Morgan.

Lucia holds a MSc in International Finance from HEC Paris an a BSc in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management.

Antony Ross

Antony Ross is a Senior Advisor at Bridges, having founded Bridges’ activities in Social Outcomes Contracts as well as establishing Bridges Evergreen Holdings. He chairs the Investment Committee for these strategies and is also a Trustee for the Bridges Impact Foundation.

Antony has over 20 years of private equity and venture capital investment experience in a wide range of businesses, from early-stage development opportunities to later-stage management buy-outs. He joined 3i in 1988 and led a number of successful MBO investments before managing 3i’s Newcastle office in 1995. He then managed 3i’s Cambridge office before leading 3i’s healthcare team, which invested in medical technology and biotechnology businesses across Europe.

Antony lectures on social enterprise and financing entrepreneurial business at London Business School. He was a founder Director of the North East-based seed fund NorthStar Ventures, and is now a Trustee of the NorthStar Foundation; he was previously a director of two other early stage technology spin-out funds. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Bristol University and has an MBA from London Business School.

Antony was awarded an OBE for services to social enterprise and social investment in the 2017 Queen’s Birthday Honours.
