Before joining Bridges, Millie worked as a university research assistant and previously in retail.

She has a BA in Geography and Archaeology and an MPhil in Geography from the University College Cork, and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Prior to this, she worked as a Customer Success Executive in a website design company, and has also worked as an Office Receptionist in a charity focused on protecting wetlands and wildlife.

Orinta holds a BA in Recreation and Tourism from the University of Klaipeda.

Before joining Bridges, he worked for Anthony Nolan, Chugai and the Nuffield Foundation.

He has a BA from Bristol University and an MA from Goldsmiths.

Before joining the firm, she worked in a 5-star hotel as a Reception Supervisor, gaining extensive customer service and administrative experience.

Natalia has a BA in Hungarian Studies from the University of Warsaw.

Before Bridges, he worked at the Africa Centre running the culture centre. Prior to that, he worked at various ethical organisations in front of house roles.

He holds a BA honours in European theatre Arts from Rose Bruford College.

Dace holds a BA in Translation Studies from Ventspils University of Applied Sciences, Latvia, and an MSc in Project Management from the University of Westminster.

Prior to this, she supported clinical trial administration in the NHS and worked in various customer-facing roles.

She holds a MSc in Applied Clinical Psychology from the University of Bath and a BSc in Psychology from Durham University.
