										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Henry is Chief Operating Officer and Head of Value Creation at Bridges, where he works closely with our investment professionals, impact specialists and portfolio management teams to optimise the commercial and impact performance of our portfolio companies.</p>
<p>An experienced business leader and operator, Henry has over 25 years of experience in disruptive services and technology companies. His previous roles include leading the US West Coast operation and global tech practice at Axiom, a tech-enabled legal services company, during a three-year period when the business tripled in size. He also headed up EMEA and International Growth at Aconex, an Australian construction tech business, where he led the acquisition and integration of its biggest European competitor, ahead of Aconex’s $1.1bn sale to Oracle.</p>
<p>Henry was most recently the CEO of Togetherall, an online mental health support community, where he led a rebuild of the leadership team and technology platform, and a full rebrand, before overseeing a launch in the US and a successful growth capital raise.</p>
<p>He is also a Non Executive Director at Sensat, an infrastructure data visualisation platform.</p>

<p>Emma is passionate about partnering with high-growth, purpose-led companies to help them scale up their operations and impact.</p>
<p>Since joining Bridges in 2015, Emma has led five investments for Bridges, two of which have now been successfully exited: <a href="https://www.bridgesfundmanagement.com/2022/09/06/bridges-exits-impact-food-group-to-thi/">Impact Food Group</a> and <a href="https://www.bridgesfundmanagement.com/2024/02/27/bridges-exits-specialist-plant-based-food-supplier-vegetarian-express/">Vegetarian Express</a>.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Bridges in 2015 Emma spent ten years working with entrepreneurial growth businesses: as a member of the investment team at Phoenix Equity Partners, with a start-up in Hong Kong, and at Deloitte as a strategy consultant.  She joined Bridges due to its differentiated outcomes-led investment strategy, and is passionate about the opportunity to deliver sustainable growth and investment returns aligned with measurable and positive impact.</p>
<p>Emma studied Modern History at Oxford University.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Charlie is a Partner in the Private Equity team and co-leads Bridges’ <a href="https://www.bridgesfundmanagement.com/investments/private-equity/inclusive-growth/">Inclusive Growth</a> strategy.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Bridges, Charlie spent 15 years as a private equity investor in the UK mid-market, leading multiple management buy-outs, bolt-on acquisitions and exits. After qualifying as a chartered accountant with KPMG, he began his investing career with the Private Capital team at Caledonia Investments PLC, a family-backed listed investment trust, where he led minority and majority investments in growing entrepreneurial UK businesses. He then moved to Alteri Partners LLP, a joint venture with Apollo Global Management Inc, where he was a partner, head of the UK, and a member of the investment committee.</p>
<p>He joined Bridges for the opportunity to work with its differentiated impact-led investment strategy, and strongly believes in the potential to deliver both attractive financial returns and positive social outcomes via a private equity investment model.</p>
<p>Charlie is a long-standing trustee of two charities, the Stone Family Foundation and Impetus, both of which have a focus on helping disadvantaged young people in the UK.</p>
<p>He studied Modern History at Oxford University.</p>

<p>Prior to Bridges, Kyle worked at Lloyds Development Capital for three years. He began his career in the Commercial Team at start-up Formula One outfit Virgin Racing.</p>
<p>Kyle has a BA Honours degree from Nottingham University, is a qualified management accountant, speaks fluent Spanish and sits on the Board of Trustees for the Bridges Impact Foundation.</p>

<p>He enjoys the challenge of scaling early-stage businesses and is highly motivated by the Bridges investment approach to deliver positive impact without compromising on investment returns.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Bridges, Chris spent 9 years as a Director at the Flowerdale Group overseeing the private equity portfolio, initially based in Hong Kong and then in London. He was also CFO of their largest portfolio business, a US based paper crafting brand, which he helped relaunch, scale globally and then successfully exit. Chris has worked with management teams in the US and across APAC, and he has diverse experience including consumer goods, ecommerce, manufacturing, global supply chains and scaling consumer communities.</p>
<p>Chris qualified as a Charted Accountant with KPMG in South Africa after studying Finance &amp; Accounting at the University of Cape Town.</p>

<p>He has dedicated his career to working closely with UK SMEs, helping them navigate the challenges of scale to achieve sustainable and fast-paced growth. Tom is passionate about supporting businesses that drive measurable positive change to thrive, improving the lives of vulnerable people across the UK and creating lasting impact – a mission that is central to Bridges&#8217; Inclusive Growth strategy.</p>
<p>Before joining Bridges, Tom was an investor at Agathos, where he worked closely with founders and management teams to drive value at board level. He specialised in the healthcare, education and business service sectors – areas he will continue to focus on in his new role.</p>
<p>He began his career at DC Advisory, advising privately-owned UK SMEs.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Tom enjoys the occasional bike-packing trip and recently completed a 2,000-mile trip to Greece. He also loves exploring the countryside, being impressively bad at golf and spending time with friends and family.</p>

<p>Having worked at both HSBC and BZW (Barclays), Oliver joined Rabobank in 1996, establishing their London acquisition finance business. He then joined Langholm, a specialist investor in the consumer sector (backed by Unilever and Rabobank), where he became a Partner. During his 12 years at Langholm he was a board director on all of the fund’s UK companies such as Just Retirement, and led investments in Dorset Cereals, Tyrrells Crisps, Bart Ingredients and Purity Soft Drinks. At Bridges, he has led a number of investments including World of Books, Wholebake and Vegetarian Express.</p>
<p>Oliver has a BSc in Economics from Reading University.</p>

<p>Antony has over 20 years of private equity and venture capital investment experience in a wide range of businesses, from early-stage development opportunities to later-stage management buy-outs. He joined 3i in 1988 and led a number of successful MBO investments before managing 3i’s Newcastle office in 1995. He then managed 3i’s Cambridge office before leading 3i’s healthcare team, which invested in medical technology and biotechnology businesses across Europe.</p>
<p>Antony lectures on social enterprise and financing entrepreneurial business at London Business School. He was a founder Director of the North East-based seed fund NorthStar Ventures, and is now a Trustee of the NorthStar Foundation; he was previously a director of two other early stage technology spin-out funds. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Bristol University and has an MBA from London Business School.</p>
<p>Antony was awarded an OBE for services to social enterprise and social investment in the 2017 Queen’s Birthday Honours.</p>
