<p>He was CEO of the business from 2002 to 2024, overseeing Bridges’ investment activity across all its strategies and geographies, and personally led Bridges’ successful investments in The Gym Group, The Office Group, The Hoxton, Simply Switch and Viva Gym, among others.</p>
<p>In his new role as Executive Chair, Philip will continue to be involved in Bridges&#8217; Investment Committees, while also providing strategic advice to Michele and the partners, as well as mentoring and supporting more junior members of the Bridges team.</p>
<p>Philip is also a regular speaker about investing for impact and the value of purpose in business.</p>
<p>Prior to Bridges, Philip managed two venture capital-backed businesses and a substantial pan-European business. He previously worked at Aiwa as Director and General Manager and was then appointed Managing Director of MWB Business Exchange Ltd, a serviced office provider.</p>
<p>Philip has a BA Honours in Economics from York University and is a qualified chartered accountant.</p>

<p>Before her current role in Client &amp; Strategy Development, Maggie spent her first five years as a member of the investment team of the Bridges Sustainable Growth Funds and worked on a number of investments in the Sustainable Living theme, including the successful exit of Whelan Refining.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Bridges, Maggie worked at London-based Climate Change Capital, a specialist merchant bank in the environmental markets. She started her career as a strategy management consultant with McKinsey &amp; Co in New York City. Maggie studied environmental science and public policy at Harvard University and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.</p>
<p>Maggie has served as a member of the British Venture Capital &amp; Private Equity Association Advisory Group on Impact Investment, the Pensions for Purpose Advisory Group, the Financing a Just Transition Alliance, the Working Group on Place-based Impact Investing, and the Working Group on Re-visioning Social Investment as part of the UK National Advisory Board on Impact Investing.  She is a frequent speaker on the topics of sustainable and impact investment and the private markets industry.</p>

<p>Prior to Bridges, Henry worked at LondonMetric Property plc from 2008-2019 where he worked in the investment team, where he took a lead role in transacting over 100 properties across the residential, retail, office and industrial/logistics sectors with an aggregate value in excess of £3bn. Between 2003-2008, he was Associate Partner in the London investment team of Drivers Jonas.</p>
<p>He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Northumbria University and an MA in Property Valuation and Law from City University.</p>

<p>Before joining the BOP team, Lucia worked in Investor Relations at Bridges Fund Management. Lucia was also part of the Global Steering Group (GSG) Policy working group and is a co-author of the resulting report: &#8220;Catalysing an Impact Investment Ecosystem: A Policymaker&#8217;s Toolkit&#8221;. Prior to joining Bridges, Lucia worked in Equity Research at J.P. Morgan.</p>
<p>Lucia holds a MSc in International Finance from HEC Paris an a BSc in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management.</p>

<p>Prior to Bridges, Freddie spent two years working as an Analyst within the asset management team at Henderson Park where he gained multisector and pan-European real estate experience. Freddie also spent 2.5 years as a Senior Analyst at Quadrant REA where he was involved in the asset management of a portfolio of CRE loans deployed throughout the UK and Ireland.</p>

<p>Prior, she was Portfolio Director and then Director of Strategy and Impact for over six years at Impetus-Private Equity Foundation. She was responsible for leading the investment team and designing the organisation’s impact and performance management strategy.</p>
<p>Barbara has over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting and corporate finance. She was a partner at Monitor Group, advising international corporates on strategy and M&amp;A, and serving as operating officer of the M&amp;A advisory subsidiary. She worked as a consultant for the CEO and Board of CARE International UK, advising on strategic and organisational topics.</p>
<p>Barbara holds a law degree from Freiburg University, Germany, and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School. She is a trustee of DHL Foundation and ThinkForward.</p>
