In the press: Bridges sells Qbic hotel to Cerberus Capital Management
Bridges recently announced the sale of Qbic Hotel to Cerberus Capital Management.
Qbic is based around the innovative ‘Qbi’ concept. Developed in Amsterdam, the Qbi is a pre-fabricated bedroom made primarily from recycled materials that can be installed within an existing structure. This makes it possible to build a hotel much more quickly and efficiently than normal, massively reducing the environmental impact of the construction process. Qbic also incorporated a number of other sustainable features, which ultimately led to it receiving a GreenLeaders Platinum Award from TripAdvisor in 2016. Since opening in 2013, Qbic has enjoyed consistent year-on-year revenue growth and has maintained a top 10 percent ranking on TripAdvisor.
